What we collect

• Your answers to the house check: first name, property type, bedrooms, pool, months vacant, location, ownership, current rental revenue, the obstacle you describe, timing and the service you're interested in.
• The WeChat ID and/or mobile number you give us.
• Technical data: pages and buttons used, approximate location from your IP address (country and city), device and browser, and the ad or link you came from.

Why

• To estimate what your property could earn and to contact you about managing it.
• To measure and improve our advertising.

Cookies and advertising tools

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. They let Meta (Facebook, Instagram) measure which ads lead to enquiries and show our ads to relevant people. We send Meta event information and, in hashed (scrambled) form, your first name and phone number where you provided them. Meta's use of this data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Where it's stored

Your answers are stored securely with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. We never sell your information.
